FALL MUSICAL WEEKEND – Benefit for the College Music Scholarship Fund. Teachers and students are encouraged to participate in the annual fundraising recitals to be held October 20-21, 2012. Since the $1,000 Scholarship Award is sponsored by Steinway, the fund raiser will be held at the Steinway Gallery of Pittsburgh and at Musik Innovations. If one of the designated sites isn’t convenient, teachers may hold personal benefit recitals at a nursing home or church, also during this weekend.
Participating students in the Fall Musical Weekend will receive recognition for community service.
Members are to use the program template for their recitals because the template acknowledges the sponsors of the scholarship program. Download the template here:
