THE STEINWAY PIANO GALLERY COLLEGE PIANO SCHOLARSHIP, administered by the PPTA Scholarship Committee (Rachel Mertz, Phyllis Chvostal, and Jacqueline Blender) is awarded to a high school senior who has studied with the same PPTA teacher for a minimum of two years. That teacher must be a current member of PPTA (two years minimum) See application materials for requirements, available from Jacqueline Blender. Application deadline is the December General Meeting.
PPTA CONTINUING COLLEGE SUPPORT AWARD (limited to 3 years) for previous scholarship winners is supported by fundraising efforts and donations from PPTA members and friends. Students must contact Scholarship Student Coordinator, Jacqueline Blender, by mid January to obtain the application for continued support.
